If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this one. We use WhatsApp only to communicate directly with current and prospective clients.

Client account access

For Meta Ads, Shopify, and web development projects, we may require access to accounts you own, such as your Meta Ads account, Shopify store, or hosting account, in order to deliver the service. We only use this access for the purposes agreed in your project contract. All accounts remain in your name and under your ownership throughout and after the engagement.
